Review: JIAN SmallBizCRM with Email Marketing
A CRM, or customer relationship management solution, is a must for any entrepreneur or small business owner.
I am sure this statement does not come as a surprise to you. However, finding the right CRM solution is not easy. Whether it is too complex, too expensive, too feature rich, too feature poor, lacks proper support, or a myriad of other reasons, many of us have struggled to find the right CRM solution.
Don’t get me wrong. I have found lots of things to love about each of the CRM’s I have tried in the past, from the early days of ACT and Goldmine to more recent entrants like Salesforce and SugarCRM. They all have some outstanding features that I love, yet there is also some functionality that never quite fit with the way I work.
I presently use Salesforce for my firm, BizPlanIt Companies LLC, and have come to appreciate the depth of capability and flexibility of the program. However, as a small consultancy, the only person using the CRM over the past few years in my company has been me. For that reason, I have been on the lookout for a CRM solution that would be simple, yet flexible enough for my specific needs.

Is Jian Small Biz CRM perfect? No. Does it do everything that a small business owner or entrepreneur needs? For many of us, I would answer yes. (My Humble Opinion)
