Viktor Grant is a systems thinker and operations leader with 20+ years experience in helping businesses thrive and scale. As Chief Technology Officer of Business Power Tools, Viktor is updating the company’s tech stack with AI, including AI workflows, model-agnostic technologies, and modern planning tools for founders and operators.
Background & Experience
Viktor is a recognized AI speaker, future of work strategist, and GEO & schema expert. He’s also the founder of Earthgrid AI, a platform serving 100,000+ members, and known for adding new AI models to the platform in as little as 15 minutes.
He created Earthgrid to operate deterministically so you can think in straight lines instead of fighting AI that doesn’t understand your instructions. That’s the philosophy he brings to Business Power Tools.
At Business Power Tools, Viktor oversees the following:
- Updating the .NET infrastructure with AI native components
- Embedding model-agnostic AI into business planning, forecasting, and investor readiness tools
- Building deterministic workflows for founders
- Designing next-gen planning automation that combines human expertise and AI accuracy

Bob Vitamante, CFO, (73), Bob is a business consultant and a certified executive coach with deep experience as a CFO, COO, CPA. His career spans guiding businesses through the messy middle—where leadership, numbers, and values all intersect. As the principal financial or operating executive of public and private companies such as Pinkerton’s, Olsten,
and SelectPersonnel, he has excelled in strategy development, M&A, financial reporting and system development, as well as operations management. Also, he’s led multiple startups, including one through
IPO stage.
Previously, Bob was the principal financial or operating executive of several publicly traded and privately owned staffing companies (Pinkerton’s, Olsten, Select Personnel); extensive experience in strategy development and leadership, all aspects of M&A, including due diligence, negotiations and change management; expert in financial reporting, system development and operational management and direction; led multiple startups, including one through IPO stage; problem resolution; business branding; executive leadership. 10 years as an Audit Manager with KPMG, CPA’s.
Specialties: INDUSTRIES – Staffing, PEO, Entertainment, consumer products, accounting and consulting, business services. BUSINESS SKILLS: strategic and financial planning; board and staff recruitment; internal and external communications; capital sourcing and IPO management; business acquisitions, sales and mergers; executive and staff management; human resources; risk management; workers compensation management; business systems and technology guidance; SEC and general financial reporting; incentive and compensation management; franchise and branch office operations.
