I speak about the future of work and I consult on the future of work. I show organizations how to move from the old time based model to the new outcome based model that AI demands. I help audiences understand what is coming and I help companies implement it.

I show them how to work with AI, how to think in outcomes instead of hours, and how to use schema, GEO, and AI driven systems to increase performance. I diagnose bottlenecks, fix bottlenecks, and create measurable lift.
The third model is high leverage transformation. I partner with founders and leadership teams to redesign their systems for the age of AI. I build frameworks that scale. I build clarity that compounds. I build operational structures that turn your business into a predictable machine.
The fourth model is venture acceleration. I bring my technology and strategic insight into companies that are raising capital. I am currently helping a friend raise $1.5M by licensing Earthgrid AI into his business. I also helped a crowdfunding campaign grow from $300K to more than $4.5M. That momentum helped the company raise more capital and reach a valuation of about $100M. This model is about building lean companies and launching new ventures with speed and leverage.

Bob Vitamante, CFO, (73), Bob is a business consultant and a certified executive coach with deep experience as a CFO, COO, CPA. His career spans guiding businesses through the messy middle—where leadership, numbers, and values all intersect. As the principal financial or operating executive of public and private companies such as Pinkerton’s, Olsten,
and SelectPersonnel, he has excelled in strategy development, M&A, financial reporting and system development, as well as operations management. Also, he’s led multiple startups, including one through
IPO stage.
Previously, Bob was the principal financial or operating executive of several publicly traded and privately owned staffing companies (Pinkerton’s, Olsten, Select Personnel); extensive experience in strategy development and leadership, all aspects of M&A, including due diligence, negotiations and change management; expert in financial reporting, system development and operational management and direction; led multiple startups, including one through IPO stage; problem resolution; business branding; executive leadership. 10 years as an Audit Manager with KPMG, CPA’s.
