Down the left column, list the criteria in every area that is a requirement for you.
Next indicate with a number between 1-5 how important that particular criteria is (weighted).
Next, list the agencies across the top (or any potential vendor).
Finally, as you scroll-down, enter a number on a scale between 1-5 as to how you would rate each vendor.
Sections subtotal to indicate who wins the day based upon criteria like 'Chemistry', 'Capability', 'Experience', 'Costs', etc.
At the bottom, you will see who scores the most points.
