Federal and state laws require employers to display current labor law workplace posters in a conspicuous place where employees and applicants for employment can view them.
These posters can be purchased and/or are available “free of charge” from the issuing governmental agencies.
Contrary to some advertisements you may have received, employers are not required to purchase posters from private companies. In most cases, you can easily download these posters and print them yourself.
