How to Accurately Profile Your Management Team
Carol Dysart explains how we can use the DISC system to learn more about the people we want to hire
I’m talking with behavioral profiling expert Carol Dysart. Based on over 30 years experience consulting using DISC Personal and Work Behavioral Assessments, she is the developer of and certifies people in how to use her PeopleSmart Solutions.
DISC is an acronym for Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance.
Carol has a gift in understanding what makes people “tick.” It is natural after 34 years profiling thousands of people and debriefing their profile report with them.
But she can teach others what they need to know about style in a couple of hours.
Carol’s “traditional education” includes a Bachelors of Science in Music Education from UCLA and a Masters in Counseling from San Diego State University.
Her less-traditional but the most important “real -life” education came from both the curriculum at Landmark Education Corporation as well as the Excellerated Business Schools for Entrepreneurs® and the world-famous Money & You® programs, of which she is a graduate.
Excellerated has used Carol as their DISC “Master” since 1980 when she started providing them with DISC profiles.
